Mental and relationship issues range in size, severity, and complexity but universally degrade our ability to experience life with energy, passion, joy, and meaning. True Wellness and Health is committed to addressing the whole person as a means of improving mental health.
Q: Does True Wellness and Health accept insurance?
A: Services through True Wellness and Health are not reimbursable by insurance, and no insurance is accepted directly. All services are to be paid in full before each appointment.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Appointments may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the time of the appointment. Appointments cancelled in under 48 hours will be subject to full charges for the service booked. This is primarily to allow time for those waiting to be scheduled to have a fair chance to fill in.
Q: What services or issues does True Wellness and Health NOT treat?
A: True Wellness and Health does not specialize in medication management, traditional psychotherapy, or what are called neurocognitive disorders including varieties of dementia, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson Disease, and Huntington Disease. Nor is the practice intended to treat primary developmental disorders, intellectual disabilities, or primary autism spectrum disorders.
